HIS EXCELLENCY The
President of India Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam gave an audience to the
delegation of Indian Board of Alternative Medicines during his visit
to Calcutta on 27th February, 2004. Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal,
President of IBAM and Prof. Dr. Sanat Biswas, Chief Adviser of IBAM
presented a memento to His Excellency on the occasion.

First of all, I
would like to thank you for showing the interests in the alternative
medical therapies, which is becoming more and more popular through
out the world.
The Indian
Institute of Alternative Medicines, has been founded for the purpose
of teaching the various alternative medical therapies. The
