PRACTITIONER REGISTRATION (LICENCE)
ELIGIBILITY
Any practitioner having at least 3 years experience in any branch of
alternative medicines.
Or
Diploma and / or Degree holders of the Open International University
for Alternative Medicines / Indian Board of Alternative Medicines.
Or
Diploma and / or Degree holders of any authentic institution .
Minimum Age
Applicants for registration who are not Diploma or Degree holders of
the Open International University for Alternative Medicines / Indian
Board of Alternative Medicines should be a minimum of
21 years .
Requirements
Three passport size photographs.
An Experience Certificate of at least 3 years from a Registered
Doctor/MLA/ MP/Sarpanch/Gazetted Officer
Or
A photo copy of the Diploma /Degree awarded by the University or any
authentic institution.
A Character Certificate from a respectable person.
Fees:
US $700
Qualified and
experienced practitioner can enroll as a CLASS-I REGISTERED
PRACTITIONER by remitting the fee of US$ 800.
Fee is
non-refundable.
