Volunteers bring a special warmth and understanding wherever they are. That is why the IBAM and OIUAM welcome your support helping others by donating your time and talents. Our volunteers are of all ages and backgrounds and assist in patient care areas, administrative activities and special events. We have opportunities to fit your personal skills, interests and schedule.

There are many types of volunteering opportunities that can be tailored to your interests including:

Outpatient Ambassador Program
Volunteers greet patients and their families and assist them throughout their visit.

Special Events and Community Outreach
Volunteers coordinate registration, prepare mailings and packets of information for participants and assist at events.

Boutique
Volunteers greet and assist customers, handle sales and organize merchandise.

Administrative Activities
Volunteers assist with mailings, filing and other clerical duties.
